Background
Chloe Ziemelis joined the Athey Lab's wet lab in early 2024, where her ligation-efficiency work uses TapeStation analysis. She leads two of the lab's targeting projects, adaptive sampling for pharmacogene panels and Cas9-targeted sequencing for drug metabolizer phenotyping, the second of which carries its CYP2D6 breast cancer cohort. She also works on long-read telomere sequencing. She ran sequencing experiments and validation assays for the end-reason study and helped write the manuscript.
