- Nanopore library preparation
Background
Isaac P. Farnum leads the Athey Lab's CLC fragment analysis, the cleavage-ligation-cycling assay that measures Cas9 cutting efficiency and cut chemistry by four-dye capillary electrophoresis. He works on the Golden Gate cloning platform he previously led, on SMA-seq, Cas9 enrichment, and laboratory automation. Farnum also works on the CYP2D6 and CYP2D7 DNA standards and on the targeted long-read sequencing of breast cancer patients, and contributed to its end reason study.
