Background
John (Jack) Colyer leads the Athey Lab's Golden Gate cloning platform, the scarless Type-IIS assembly it uses to build arbitrary DNA sequences. Colyer also works on SMA-seq, the CLC fragment analysis assay, and laboratory automation.
