Qingzhi Liu is first author on a 2025 medRxiv preprint presenting a linear analysis mixed model phenotyper for bipolar disorder, built on 17 years of mood trajectory data from the Prechter Bipolar Research Program, and on a 2026 arXiv preprint proposing a time-varying, covariate-dependent correlation model for multivariate longitudinal studies.
